The Destination

The destination for full arch implants in Tampa

3D guided precision.

Patients travel to Dr. Davies from across Florida, from other states, and internationally, because full arch implant treatment is not routine dentistry, and experience matters. Every case at Optum Dental Arts is planned and performed by Dr. Davies himself, in one office, with 3D guided precision.

Dr. Davies performs every surgery himself, and his surgical schedule is currently booking into late January and February. Completing your evaluation is what holds your place.

Real patients. Real results.

Every case below was treated at Optum Dental Arts. Your plan starts with an assessment, so we only invite people we can genuinely help.

The Surgeon

Meet Dr. Roderick Davies

Roderick Davies, DDS, is the founder of Optum Dental Arts and the surgeon behind every full arch case in this practice. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Captain in 2019, after years of service that instilled the precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence he brings to every procedure. He completed a hospital based residency and has pursued advanced training in implant and restorative dentistry throughout his career.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and holds membership in the American Board of Oral Implantology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Younger dentists regularly visit his practice to shadow and learn advanced implant techniques firsthand.

Dr. Davies is known especially for his work with anxious patients. Treatment is planned carefully and without hurry, sedation is provided by a dental anesthesiologist, and your exact fee is confirmed before you decide anything.

Outside the office, Dr. Davies paints, restores classic cars with his kids, and sings. He and his wife, April, have five children.

Before You Decide

Questions, answered directly

How much does it cost?

Treatment starts at $30,000 per arch; final fees depend on clinical findings. Your exact fee is confirmed at your evaluation, before any treatment decision.

Will it hurt?

Your surgery is performed under IV general anesthesia with a dental anesthesiologist, so you sleep through the work. Most patients are surprised by how manageable recovery is.

How long does it take?

Your timeline is mapped out at your evaluation. Many patients receive their temporary teeth at surgery and their final zirconia teeth after healing.

I do not live in Tampa. Can I still be treated?

Yes. Patients travel to us from across Florida, from out of state, and internationally. Start with the assessment, and our Team will help you plan your visits.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Many patients finance all or part of their treatment, including through Cherry. Your assessment asks about your plans so we can guide you.

Why an assessment first?

Because Dr. Davies reviews every assessment personally, and we only invite people we can genuinely help. It takes about three minutes.
